i don't "oogle" the chest either. i am gentlemanly. it's not like i rip girl's shirts off and squeeze their oranges, that would be gross. although, i don't know why breast and penis' are supposedly inapropriate. i mean, some priest said they are the symbol of temptation, but what if you are a different religion then them? and there is nothing wrong with being tempted, just saying.
